Our microarray services include whole genome gene expression profiling using either 3’ IVT or more recent Human Gene 1.0ST array; we perform exon level and alternative splicing profiling using the Affymetrix Exon array, and copy number analysis, loss of heterozygosity (LOH) analysis and genotyping profiling using the SNP 6.0 microarray. The regular turn-around time for microarray is just one week in our state-of-the-art facility. We have experience on large scale microarray profiling projects as well. In addition, we have established comprehensive data analysis service packages to facilitate our customer to interpret these large-scale microarray data.
